- Hi.
-
- I'm having a really hard time finding places to buy _small quantities_
- of chips... basically I'm looking for Motorola microprocessors (68k)
- and/or any 8051 microcontrollers (especially ones with EEPROM and
- UARTs built in). Actually, I'll settle for any chips that are both
- cheap (0-10 dollars) and well documented/widely used.
-
- The closest I've come to finding what I'm looking for is Marshall,
- where they sell the Atmel AT89C2051 (8051-type microcontroller with
- flash ROM and UART).... unfortunately, they have a minimum of $30 on
- every order...
-
- I'd really appreciate any info on places to buy this kind of stuff.
- I'll probably miss any posted replies, but my email is
- blourie@eeunix.ee.usm.maine.edu
-
- Thanks much,
- Ben
